Precision vs Presence

My Capstone Exhibition explores the tension between material permenance and digtal ephemerality. I make concrete cubes, use photogrammetry and 3D modeling to understand how the physical and digital influence each other. The goal is not to resolve the difference, but to dwell with it. The project began from my concern about AI replacing human creativity in the design industry. Comparing hand drawn sketches to AI images made question what what presense and craft mean in a digital era.
